We love to work with independent, service-oriented businesses. The majority of our clients have been in business for 2 – 7 years and have under 20 employees. They own businesses that provide a creative, technical, or professional service of some kind, or sell unique products on a small scale.

Traditionally, independent professionals have been lawyers, accountants, or architects. Today whole new professions are springing up related to health care, design, the arts, technology, sciences, consulting, coaching, and so on.  We have a huge passion to see these businesses grow and flourish.

Most of our clients started their businesses out of their expertise and their values—whether  creative, technical, or professional.   Our clients are very good at what they do, and are passionate about sharing their ideas and skills to make a difference in the world.

But these owners often do NOT possess the expertise needed to create profitable businesses that empower them to achieve their other worthwhile goals. As their businesses expand so do their headaches!  Instead of sharing their ideas, skills, and values with the world, they end up working too many hours and flying by the seat of their pants throughout the business day.  Over time, these folks usually find themselves in one or more of the following scenarios…
